Please read the instructions below ......... we have a Sign-Up Process so you can drop off your application quickly. We will not be tracking the order or time an application is received so you can come at your leisure anytime during the sign-up night on Wednesday, April 5th, 7:30 - 8:30 pm. No prior drop-offs accepted!
Forms may be dropped off at 99 Main St by the participant and/or a parent. Forms will be reviewed immediately and any corrections will need to be made at that time.
We are hopeful that this will streamline the process and should minimize your registration time commitment.
Based on the number of applications recieved, there will be a waiting list and you will be notified of your status at the earliest opportunity.
